Built to Last, Not Just to Look Good

If you're searching for a sustainable dining table, here's the honest answer. We're not going to tell you this table is saving the planet. What we can tell you is what's actually true: it's built to last decades, not years - and the single best thing anyone can do with a piece of furniture is keep it out of a skip.

What we can actually say

Edge grain ply uses timber efficiently - it's engineered from thin layers, not cut from a single solid trunk. The glue that holds those layers together does limit how it can be recycled at the end of its life, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.

Our finishes are water-based, which is a real improvement over solvent-based alternatives - but water-based isn't the same as plastic-free, and we won't claim it is.
